Laser marking and nameplates

Permanent marking directly in the material – from a single part to series with consecutive data.

Nameplates in series

Every plate is unique: we take serial numbers, type designations and technical data straight from your list and mark plate by plate. Our standard material is anodised aluminium. Cutting, holes and marking are all done in-house.

  • Consecutive serial numbers, date, type and ratings
  • Logos and symbols from your artwork
  • QR and Data Matrix codes
  • Plates laser-cut to size, with holes or cut-outs
  • Sorted delivery in the order of your list

How a series order works

  1. Send data

Layout as PDF, DXF or vector graphic, plus the data list, e.g. as an Excel or CSV file.

  2. Sample plate

You receive a sample plate and approve layout, font and contrast.

  3. Series

We produce all plates with the data from your list – each one individually.

  4. Delivery

The plates arrive sorted and counted in the order of your list.

What we mark

Materials

  • Anodised aluminium – our standard for nameplates
  • Other materials on request

Applications

  • Nameplates and rating plates
  • Serial and batch numbers on components
  • Scales and markings on machine parts
  • Logos and lettering on front panels

Why laser marking

The marking is created in the material itself. It needs no ink, film or adhesive, cannot peel off and stays legible despite abrasion, oil or cleaning agents. Every line can change from plate to plate – without tooling or printing plate costs.
