Services

Precision laser machining with solid-state lasers – for single parts, prototypes and small or large series.

Precision laser cutting

We cut metals up to 6 mm thick with high precision and a small heat-affected zone. Parts with delicate inner contours and fine webs are possible.

  • Material thicknessup to 6 mm
  • Kerf width50 to 160 µm
  • Working area1000 × 800 mm per set-up, longer strips on request

Bending and folding

We bend the laser-cut parts in-house – including particularly fine bends with special tools and complex shapes. This way, delicate bent parts come from a single source.

Fine holes

The smallest hole diameter is approx. 50 µm. Holes from 0.2 mm diameter are cut – cylindrical up to 6 mm material thickness.

  • Smallest diameterapprox. 50 µm
  • Cut holesfrom Ø 0.2 mm
  • Cylindricalup to 6 mm material thickness

Fine laser welding

We mainly join steels, including different grades with each other. Thanks to the small heat-affected zone, even thin metal foils can be welded.

  • Seam widthfrom approx. 100 µm into the millimetre range
  • Materialssteels, including dissimilar joints

Finishing

So that your parts arrive ready to install, we finish them after laser processing.

  • Countersinksto drawing
  • Threadsup to M10
  • Press-in nutsinserted as specified
  • Glass bead blastingeven satin-matt surface

Complete parts with partners

What we do not do ourselves – such as grinding, milling, turning or EDM – is handled by partner companies nearby. You receive complete parts and have one point of contact.

Advice and feasibility

We advise you on laser-friendly design, run application trials and check feasibility. Especially when developing new series parts, the laser often pays off from the prototype stage.

For engraving and marking, see Laser marking.

On request: tube processing – contours in tubes up to Ø 150 mm and 1000 mm length.
